The appendices provide the technical foundations, extended details, and reference materials that support the architecture presented in the main chapters of this book.
While the primary text explains the structure of synthetic cognition in a narrative and conceptual form, the appendices contain the formal definitions, mathematical structures, flow specifications, and engineering protocols that allow the system to be implemented, audited, and extended.
These sections are not optional extras — they are part of the structural scaffolding of the Recursive Coherence Framework.
Each appendix focuses on a distinct dimension of the architecture:
Together, these form the technical backbone of the whole architecture.
This section also serves as a permanent archive of the architecture as it evolves through new versions.
Each Flow Algebra specification, diagram, and definition is placed here so that future researchers can trace how coherence-based AI develops over time.
The appendices, therefore, are not merely supplementary — they are part of the continuity of the system, the place where structure becomes fully defined, formal, and auditable.
